What is a privacy policy?
This policy sets out how the axle.lk within its operational scope collects, uses, discloses and manages your personal information. If through using axle.lk website or our services you disclose personal information to a third party website, this policy will not apply between you and the third party and you will be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.

Team Axle commits to protecting your privacy when managing your personal information and has policies and procedures to ensure that personal information is handled with industry standards applicable in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
What personal information about me is collected?

Please note that any records and content provided in hard copy format such as bank/POS deposit details may be stored electronically by the axle.lk. The axle.lk does not collect sensitive information such as racial or ethnic information, political opinions or associations, criminal records (save where provided by law enforcement authorities) or health information. Data Deletion

Account Deletion:
You may delete your account directly from within the application. Upon account deletion, all your personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems. Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will lose access to all data associated with your account, including but not limited to your profile information, preferences, and usage history.
Data Deletion Requests:
If you prefer not to delete your entire account but wish to delete specific data or all data associated with your account, you may submit a data deletion request by contacting our support team. Please provide the following details in your request:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Description of the data you wish to delete or specify if you want all data associated with your account to be deleted
Third-Party Integration:
If you have linked your account with third-party services (e.g., social media accounts), please note that data deletion from our systems may not automatically delete data from third-party services. You may need to separately delete your data from those services according to their respective privacy policies.
Retention Period:
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data retention practices.
