These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the axle.lk website, located at www.axle.lk, operated by, or on behalf of BIT SPACE (Private) Limited (Registration No. PV00224636), under the Companies Act, No. 07 of 2007 of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The www.axle.lk is a product of BIT SPACE (Private) Limited which provides IT-based business solutions and operates various websites, including the axle.lk. By accessing and using this website or by creating an account at www.axle.lk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions together with our privacy policy and any other legal notices and guidelines posted on our website and any other documents referred to therein. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.

Service Availability
We take every effort to ensure an uninterrupted service with some exceptions such as scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance (where users will be notified in due course) except for downtime due to reasons (technical or otherwise) beyond the control of axle.lk. Downtime will be compensated with an extension to the period of ad posting and any other ad promotions applicable. However, any compensation is subject to the applicable legal framework and the final decision by the management of the axle.lk.
Registering on Our Website
You must be 18 years old or over to use and create an account on this website and contact the parties involved through this website and warrant that the details you provide on registration are true, accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update us with any changes to your account details including contact details.
